Water Ways Illusion

Here is another excellent creation by Aiyoshi Kitaoka he is a master of the art. In the below optical Illusion the black and blue columns actually are all perfectly straight and intersect at 90 degree angles.

"Waterways"

Waterways appear to tilt alternately, though they are parallel to each other. Moreover, "water" appears to swing in the horizontal directions.

Vanishing Illusion

This is a fascinating optical illusion. When I first looked at it I thought it was like Herman's Grid and the yellow dots were appearing. As I observed further I realized the yellow dots were actually seeming to disappear. As I focused on an area the yellow dots in adjacent areas disappeared.

"Asagao"
The yellow dots placed off the center of sight appear to vanish. "Asagao" is a plant with flowers.

Pachinko illusion

Hold on to your seats here is yet another illusion that has to be prefixed with the statement that this is not an animated file. If this looks like it is in motion to you (as it does to me) then you might be suffering from an Optical Illusion.

Checkerboard in the Breeze Optical Illusion

The optical illusion picture below is not animated. I find that starting off by saying that helps because some optical effects do use an animated graphic to emphasize the after effects of the motion. This image though appears to move on its own with only your sight and brain providing with the power of motion. Below we see a rippling effect.
