The idea is to focus on the dot in the centre and then move your head constantly towards and away from the monitor. You should see the circles rotate spookily!

Moving Snake Optical Illusion
This is another cool moving illusion in which you can see the movement like a snake is crawling through the screen. Move your eyes from one end to another and you will see the movement but when you focus on any one side, you can’t see any movement.

Counter rotating circle optical illusion
Some regular concentric objects appear to rotate when we approach or move back from them. Move your head backwards and forwards keeping the focus on the central cross of the image, the 3 circular sets will counter-rotate!
